Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for supporting Atelier Aria Lumae. This policy covers both our fine art prints and our online biofeedback sessions.
1. Fine Art Prints (Print-on-Demand)
Each piece in the Atelier Aria Lumae collection is produced to order with the utmost care through our printing partner, Prodigi. As with all original art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or accidental duplicate ordering — we encourage you to take your time before purchasing, and we are always happy to answer any questions about a piece before you commit.
Limited Edition Prints: Your purchase includes a hand-signed certificate of authenticity, personally dispatched by the artist at her own cost. This is sent separately and with love — please allow additional time for its arrival alongside your print.
Damaged or Defective Items: Should your print arrive with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or courier damage, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund. Do not ship the item back. Instead, email atelierarialumae@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographic proof of the damage or defect. Damage is visible upon opening, and prompt reporting allows us to resolve your claim swiftly.
Incorrect Shipping Address: It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate delivery details at checkout. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a refund cannot be issued.
Shipping & Patience: Fine art ships internationally and great things are worth waiting for. Please allow the full estimated delivery window before contacting us about your order. We appreciate your patience — it is part of the art of collecting.
2. Online Biofeedback Sessions
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You may reschedule or cancel an online session up to 48 hours before your appointment for a full refund.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to attend a scheduled session, are non-refundable, as that time slot was reserved exclusively for you.
Completed Sessions: Once a biofeedback session has been conducted, no refund can be issued under any circumstances.
