Shipping & Fulfillment Policy

1. Biofeedback & Remote Energy Sessions

All sessions are conducted remotely — no physical items are shipped. Our work is carried out at a distance, meaning your physical presence or active participation during the session is not required.

Sessions are facilitated via WhatsApp (available free on all smartphones), which allows for clear, direct communication while keeping the energetic space undisturbed. This is particularly important for longer sessions, overnight work, and sessions involving animals — including pets and livestock — where a video call would be neither practical nor conducive to the work.

Upon checkout, you will receive a confirmation message via WhatsApp to coordinate your session timing and any relevant details.

2. Fine Art Prints

Production Time: All art prints are professionally produced to order through our trusted global printing partner, Prodigi. Please allow 2–5 business days for your artwork to be printed and carefully packaged before handover to the courier.

Limited Edition Certificates: For limited edition prints, a hand-signed certificate of authenticity is dispatched personally by the artist, at her own cost, and sent separately. Please allow additional time for its arrival.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times:

  • Spain: 3–7 business days after production
  • Europe: 5–10 business days after production
  • United Kingdom & United States: 7–14 business days after production
  • Middle East, Australia, Canada & New Zealand: 10–18 business days after production
  • Americas & Caribbean / Eastern Europe & Central Asia: 10–20 business days after production
  • All other international destinations: 10–20 business days, subject to local customs clearance

Please note: Delivery times are estimates. International shipments may be subject to customs delays beyond our control. Great things are worth waiting for.

Tracking: A tracking link will be emailed to you automatically the moment your print leaves the production facility.

Damages in Transit: If your print arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for next steps. In short — photograph it immediately and email us within 72 hours at atelierarialumae@gmail.com.
